In Kawanehon Town, Shizuoka Prefecture, the "16th Kawane Time" event will be held, allowing visitors to fully appreciate the appeal of Kawane tea. Guests can taste top-grade Kawane tea that won awards at the National Tea Competition, as well as proud tea selections confidently offered by local tea masters. Various experiences are prepared, including tours of tea plantations where delicious tea originates, drinking tea while viewing beautiful scenery, and pairing tea with local confections. The main venue is Roadside Station Foret Nakakawane Chameikan, with satellite venues at local tea farms currently being coordinated. Through this event, visitors will be able to enjoy the rich depth of Kawane tea along with a relaxing and luxurious time.
