The "Reiwa 8 Lifelong Learning Lecture: Yataro Matsuura" will be held at Hekinan City Art and Cultural Hall Theater South. Welcoming Mr. Yataro Matsuura as lecturer, a talk titled "10 Basics for Your Future Life" will be delivered. Anyone elementary school age or older may participate in this lecture, with priority given to those residing, studying, or working in Hekinan City. The capacity is 300 participants, and the lottery results will be announced by sending admission tickets to winners. Applications are accepted via the Aichi Electronic Application System from Saturday, August 1, 2026 to Saturday, August 15, 2026 (applications by phone are not accepted).
