📅 Sun, Oct 4, 2026
About this event
This is a lecture and Kodan performance gathering where visitors can enjoy the historical stories of local Iwakura in an easy-to-understand way through "Kodan," a traditional form of popular storytelling entertainment. Under the theme of enjoying the boundary between "Truth" (historical facts) and "Fiction" (history as narrative), this project interprets local history from the perspectives of popular performing arts and historiography. The performer is Saen Kyokudo. The venue is Community Cafe Kagayohi, and the participation fee is 1,800 yen for advance reservations and 2,000 yen on the day (includes materials fee, one-drink order system). For reservations and inquiries, please contact Mr. Kishi at Community Cafe Kagayohi (Phone: 090-3562-0479, Email: ahopon@osaya.co.jp).
