📅 Fri, Oct 2, 2026 - Sun, Oct 11, 2026
About this event
This event introduces the food and culture of Singapore, which has maintained long-standing grassroots exchanges with Mihama Town. At the specialty goods fair, visitors can enjoy Singaporean food and culture with a wide selection of snacks, including Singaporean sweets and rare overseas treats rarely available locally. In addition to classic dishes, the Singapore food stalls feature collaboration menus with local Mihama ingredients, such as ice cream and red lemonade made with Mihama salt and lemongrass. Ordering a dish comes with an event-exclusive sticker. There will also be a corner introducing Singapore's history and culture through videos and panels, recommendations of spots by international exchange coordinators, and a photo spot where visitors can take commemorative photos with a Merlion panel. On Sunday, October 11, a market (marche) will be held concurrently, featuring a grand no-lose lottery, sales of kuri-kinton (chestnut sweets) and fresh shokupan bread, dance and live music performances by a big band, and sales of cute sundries and food.
