The event takes place from 20:30 for about 5 minutes, with approximately 100 fireworks—including small continuous-burst fireworks—lighting up the night sky from various locations such as Obama Bay, Arashima Bay, and Sadahama. Spending a summer night watching fireworks from your ryokan (Japanese inn) offers a charming and highly recommended atmosphere.
