About this event
This festival honors Aisu Ikosai Hisatada, who devised "Aisu Kage-ryu," considered one of the roots of kendo. Swordsmen gathered from all over Japan dedicate martial arts demonstration performances at the ruins of Gokasho Castle. It serves as a valuable opportunity to commemorate the founder of the swordsmanship style and showcase their martial arts.
