About this event
The 54th Fukuchiyama Area Tamba Chestnut Festival, packed with the flavors of autumn, will be held. At the venue, chestnuts entered into the Tamba Chestnut Exhibition will be displayed and sold, with advance sales reservations accepted from 10:00 to 11:00. Direct sales of Tamba chestnuts (sold by the box or by weight) will take place from 10:00 to 14:00, along with sales of chestnut sweets, chestnut okowa (steamed glutinous rice), and roasted chestnuts. Visitors can also enjoy interactive games such as chestnut grabbing and chestnut burr throwing games. Local agricultural products will also be sold, making it an event that the whole family can enjoy.
