About this event
The Ikenobo Maizuru Branch Ikebana Exhibition: 'Soaring with Flowers, Towards the Future' is held with the hope that people with bright futures will freely express their individuality, dreams, and hopes through flowers, providing visitors with an opportunity to reflect on the beauty of ikebana flower arrangement. A total of 70 branch flower arrangements will be showcased in this exhibition. The event runs from September 19 to September 20, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (until 4:00 PM on the 20th). The venue is Maizuru City Cultural Hall, and admission is free. It is organized by the Kado Ikenobo Maizuru Branch, and supported by Maizuru City, the Maizuru Cultural Association, The Kyoto Shimbun, and Maizuru Shimin Shimbun.
