A Wonderful Encounter with Maritime Self-Defense Force Personnel (Matchmaking Event)

About this event

This matchmaking event is organized by Maizuru City with full cooperation from the Maritime Self-Defense Force Maizuru District Headquarters. Targeted at single men and women aged 25 to 39, male participants are limited to active-duty Maritime Self-Defense Force officers or administrative officials in Maizuru City. The event includes a guided tour of Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force facilities normally off-limits to the public, touring the Kitasui Pier where escort vessels line up and the Togo Residence in groups guided by active JMSDF personnel. After touring the facilities, the group will move to "GOOD SOUND COFFEE" overlooking Maizuru Bay to deepen interactions over sweets. One-on-one talk time, free time, and matching time are also scheduled, offering a chance to find a wonderful partner in a special location. The participation fee is 5,000 yen including food and drink, and a lottery will be held if applicants exceed capacity.
