Held on the grounds of Ana Monju (Seiryozan Kuhonji Temple) in Kyotango City, Kyoto Prefecture, the 'Ana Monju Festival' is a summer tradition featuring local band performances and fireworks. The festival begins in the evening, and after an Ana Monju prayer service is conducted by officials, the venue comes alive with performances by local bands 'Ukawa LeaLea Band' and 'Tong-Pei'. For the climax, 200 fireworks light up the night sky, and following the fireworks, the festival concludes with a performance by 'Hashiudo Keion'. Various stalls will also open, creating a lively summer night. Program times may change depending on circumstances on the day.
