Let's Build Together! Summer Vacation Memories with Blocks

About this event

Create your "Summer Vacation Memories" with toy building blocks alongside members from Osaka University LEGO Club, Otemon Gakuin University, and Ibaraki High School (tentative). In this event, children can express their creativity by building block creations, while parents and guardians can attend a seminar on non-cognitive skills. The lecturer will be Professor Toshiki Mikawa from the Faculty of Psychology at Otemon Gakuin University. The event is held in two sessions: Part 1 is from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM, and Part 2 is from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM. Each session lasts approximately 90 minutes. The venue is Kaminakajo Youth Center - Youth Hall. The target participants are children aged 4 through 3rd grade of elementary school living in the city and their guardians; children cannot participate alone. Capacity is about 20 pairs per session, with a lottery held if applications exceed capacity. Participation is free. Please wear comfortable clothes that you do not mind getting dirty.
