Akashi Kaikyo Bridge Sea Walk

About this event

A special sea walk tour walking along the maintenance walkway of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge to cross over to Awaji Island. Walking approximately 4 km across the bridge, normally off-limits to the public, visitors can enjoy majestic views. While those uncomfortable with high places or enclosed spaces cannot participate, it is a valuable opportunity to experience powerful scenery from an unusual perspective. After the walk, participants can also enjoy meals and shopping at Roadside Station Awaji (Michi-no-Eki Awaji). In addition to the standalone Akashi Kaikyo Bridge Sea Walk tour, this event will simultaneously feature sightseeing tours that include visits to the Ohnaruto Bridge anchorage and tourist spots on Awaji Island. Participants will also receive an Awaji Island and Tokushima Sightseeing Bingo Stamp Rally card as a gift.
