Kawanishi Station-front Picnic Marche

About this event

Held as a social experiment utilizing the pedestrian deck in front of the station in Kawanishi City, Hyogo Prefecture, the 'Kawanishi Station-front Picnic Marche' takes place on the 4th Saturday of every month. The event on Saturday, October 10, 2026 has been confirmed, and new vendors are also being recruited. At this market, diverse food booths will open, such as 'Royroi' serving dim sum, Chinese tea, and alcohol, 'Kyodo Sagyo-sho Akane' offering baked goods, cheesecake, and quiche, 'MIXCAFE' where you can enjoy meat buns and caneles, and 'FARO' selling extra virgin olive oil and Italian food ingredients. In addition, unique miscellaneous goods (ZAKKA) booths will be lined up, such as 'ChiQuito' dealing in handmade sundries, cloth items, and accessories, 'yappy' offering original fabric goods and accessories, 'Kawa Kobo @mieyuz' featuring leather goods, wallets, key cases, and bags, and 'Glass Studio Bauhaus' displaying sandblasted glass sculptures. Furthermore, there are plenty of hands-on activities, including 'PurPlu' offering candle and succulent plant workshops and general goods sales, and 'Kawanishi @ Machi no Hokenshitsu' offering bag coloring and aroma spray & bath salt making experiences. Stage events will also be held, featuring live performances by various artists. As concurrent events on the same day, Kawanishi Hankyu Square's White Day event and Kawanishi Hankyu's food event are also scheduled.
