Held in Yabu City, Hyogo Prefecture, "YABU Food EXPO 2026" is an event showcasing the distinctive food culture of Yabu City. At the venue, a variety of flavors unique to Yabu will gather, including gourmet dishes using Tajima beef and Yoka pork, fresh local vegetables, baked goods, and sake. There will be food trucks and the final stage of the "High School Asakura Sansho Cooking Koshien," where high school students compete with original recipes using Asakura sansho pepper originating from Yabu City. Additionally, a support booth for Suzu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, will appear, selling special local products and items made with Suzu salt. Stage events are also scheduled, making it a food festival that the whole family can enjoy.
