About this event
The "Wadayama Fireworks Festival 2026," lighting up the autumn night sky of Wadayama, will be held. Held since fiscal year 2024, this fireworks festival aims to be a town-wide event for Wadayama and has received acclaim from local residents and many visitors. This year's theme is "Connecting to the Future: Lights of Joy." Various wishes are embodied in the event, including creating memories for children, fostering love for the hometown, revitalizing the region, promoting tourism, and developing commerce and industry. Held on Sunday, November 1, about 2 weeks earlier than last year, approximately 3,000 fireworks will illuminate the clear autumn night sky. All viewing areas are free. On this long autumn evening, why not create memories by enjoying large blooming fireworks lighting up the Wadayama sky with family and friends? Note that there will be no food stalls or food trucks on the day, and chairs will not be provided, so visitors must bring their own. Traffic restrictions will also be in place, so please use the designated parking lots and follow the instructions of security guards and staff.
