Inami Town Kako Cosmos Festival

About this event

At the Cosmos Festival held in the Mitani area of Kako, Inami Town, approximately 3 million cosmos flowers bloom across a vast site of about 3 hectares. The sight of vivid red, white, and pink flowers swaying in the wind is breathtaking. At the venue, visitors can enjoy various events, such as sales of delicious new rice grown with organic fertilizer and without relying on pesticides, musical performances by the brass bands of Inami Junior High School and Inami Kita Junior High School, and performances by the Inamino Manyo Taiko Association. Additionally, a hot-air balloon ride experience (for a fee) will be offered, allowing visitors to view the cosmos fields from the sky. With a sweet potato harvesting experience (for a fee) and a no-lose lottery also planned, it is an event that both adults and children can enjoy all day long.
