Puppet Show: The Mysterious Sweet Shop Zenitendo

The world of "Fushigi Dagashiya Zenitendo," a highly popular children's book series among kids, will be presented on a charming stage by Puppet Theatre Hitomiza. Experiencing the world of the story up close, parents, children, and families can spend a slightly mysterious and heartwarming time together. The performance lasts about 75 minutes, including a 15-minute intermission. All seats are unreserved. Tickets are 1,000 yen for general admission (200 yen extra on the day) and free for high school students and younger. Ticket reservations are available on the Kami Town website and at the Kasumi District Central Community Center. On the same day, a workshop to create the beckoning cat that appears in Zenitendo, "Make and Move a Walking Maneki-neko!", will also be held. This workshop requires prior application and participation is free.
