Held in the Komatagawa Gorge in Shin'onsen Town, Hyogo Prefecture, "Katsura Falls Trekking" is an advanced course heading toward Katsura Falls, which cascades down about 40 meters in a spiral pattern. Also known as "Bijo no Koshiore no Taki" (Falls of the Beautiful Woman's Broken Waist), this waterfall is located within a rugged gorge and is characterized by its soft, flowing appearance. The trekking takes place from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with participation fees of 2,500 yen for adults and 1,000 yen for elementary school students and younger (open to 4th grade elementary students and older; must be accompanied by a guardian). Capacity is limited to the first 10 people, and the application deadline is Sunday, September 27. Access is about 1 hour and 10 minutes from the Kitakinki Toyooka Expressway Yoka Hyonosen IC.
