Held in Tenri City, Nara Prefecture, 'World Festival Tenri 2026' is an event promoting Tenri's international character through global music and dance performances, sales of international food and drinks, lectures, and workshops. Taking place this autumn at Tenri Station Plaza CoFuFun, it is a festival where you can encounter delicious food and wonderful music from around the world. In addition to experiencing various nations, Japanese culture and the history of Nara and Tenri will also be introduced. For those unable to visit the venue in person, a live broadcast is planned, along with events such as a prize rock-paper-scissors competition. It will be a day to fully enjoy the world in Tenri on an autumn day. In collaboration with the 'Minna no Bunka Festa' at Kintetsu Tenri Station Plaza and the 'Festival to Energize Tenri with Culture' inside Kintetsu Tenri Station, this marks the largest event in the history of the Tenri Station area. Visitors who complete a survey will receive discount coupons usable at vendor booths, and those participating in the stamp rally covering the venue and Kawarajo Shopping Street can receive stickers to join the grand prize rock-paper-scissors competition or take part in a candy grab.
