The 18th Tsubetsu Recorder Seminar

Recorder enthusiasts from inside and outside Hokkaido gather for a two-day level-based seminar featuring guest instructors. On the first day, school workshops, overall practice, course-specific practice, and a social gathering are held. On the second day, overall practice, course-specific practice, and a concert to present practice results take place. Kenji Kaneko and others are invited as instructors, and the venue is the Tsubetsu Town Central Public Hall. This seminar is co-hosted with the Tsubetsu Townspeople's Art Theater. Beginner and ensemble courses are available, each with a designated participant quota. The tuition fee includes miscellaneous expenses such as CD production costs, and participation via Hometown Tax Donation (Furusato Nozei) is also possible. Set pieces are scheduled to include "Amazing Grace" and the "March" from Sibelius's "Karelia Suite".
