About this event
A unique floor-cloth wiping race, 'The! Zokin Dash!! 2026 in Mitsue,' will be held along the 101-meter-long hallway of a former elementary school building in Mitsue Village, Nara Prefecture. This year's competition features 9 categories with a total of 260 participants being recruited. From the 'Crawling Division (Infants Division)' to the 'Masters Division,' 'Doubles Division,' and 'Relay Division,' a wide variety of divisions are available for everyone from babies to seniors to enjoy with family and friends. Held concurrently with the tournament, 'Mitsue Marche' offers delicious foods from Mitsue Village and neighboring municipalities. This event lets you fully enjoy autumn for sports, outings, and hearty appetites in Mitsue Village.
