Held in Oji Town, Nara Prefecture, Oji Milky Way Fireworks Launch is a fireworks event hosted on the grounds of Oji Kita Compulsory Education School. Scheduled to be held on Saturday, November 21, 2026, the fireworks launch takes place from 18:45. The event runs from 11:00 to 19:00, offering daruma lanterns, the Yukimaru Ramen Festival, festival stalls (ennichi), gourmet food booths, merchandise sales, hands-on experience booths, a daruma market, a music stage, student collaboration projects, and more. The venue is accessible on foot in about 10 minutes from Oji Station. It will proceed rain or shine, but may be canceled in case of severe weather.
