Agriculture and Food Festa in Seibu

Held in Yonago City, Tottori Prefecture, the 'Agriculture and Food Festa in Seibu' is one of the largest food festivals in the food capital of Tottori Prefecture, bringing together four food festivals from western Tottori Prefecture. In 2026, it will be held on Saturday, October 24 and Sunday, October 25 at the Yonago Convention Center and the Yonago City Cultural Hall. As part of the JA Fureai Festival, freshly harvested vegetables and fruits will be on sale, along with delicious food stalls unique to JA festivals. In addition, the 'Yonaigo Festival', running since 1988 under the theme of Japan's staple food 'rice', will feature shops offering newly harvested rice and rice dishes. Furthermore, the 'Negirai Festival', centered around Yonago's specialty 'white green onions' (shiro-negi), will feature a popular Sweets Street with western confectionery. In the 'Seibu Agriculture and Food Festival', agricultural, forestry, and fishery producers as well as food processors recommended by municipalities across western Tottori Prefecture will set up stalls offering local specialties and signature flavors. It is Tottori Prefecture's premier food festival, having attracted approximately 58,000 visitors in 2025.
