"Ramen Festival in San-in," gathering beloved ramen from across Japan in one place, will be held for the first time at the TSK Headquarters in Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture. In addition to ramen shops from both San-in prefectures, unique ramen shops from all over the country will gather, allowing visitors to taste and compare bowls filled with each shop owner's passion—featuring locally refined flavors, carefully crafted broths, noodles, and toppings—right here in Matsue. Alongside ramen, there will also be a rich lineup of sweets and food trucks, making it a food festival that both children and adults can enjoy all day long. This autumn, Matsue will become a "city of ramen," where you are sure to discover your new favorite bowl.
