The Autumn Grand Festival of Taikodani Inari Shrine is solemnly conducted over three days, starting with the eve-of-festival vigil on November 14. On November 15, the annual festival (Reisai) is held as the Main Sanctuary Service from 10:00 AM, and from 3:00 PM, the Divine Procession (Goshinkosai) is conducted, with the portable shrine processing to the temporary resting station (Otobisho). On the day of the annual festival, various dedicatory performances such as children's portable shrines (kodomo mikoshi) and Iwami Kagura are offered, bringing bustling excitement to the town throughout the day. On the following day, November 16, the Autumn Grand Festival service is held from 11:00 AM. This festival is a traditional event praying for bountiful harvests and business prosperity.
