Held in Okoppe Town, Hokkaido, the "Saruru Genki Festival" is an event supporting local community health. Health checks such as blood pressure, body composition, grip strength, autonomic nerve measurement, blood cell observation, and bone density measurement are conducted, with specific measurements varying by session. In addition, comprehensive individual consultation corners covering dental care, nutrition, exercise, senior care, and functional decline checklists are available for casual consultations with specialists. On the stage, soothing koto performances, health lectures, and exercise demonstrations by fitness instructors are held, allowing visitors to refresh both mind and body. A cafe corner is also set up at the venue, offering free coffee, tea, and snacks. There is also a stamp card rally where visitors can collect stamps by visiting booths to receive gifts, making it an event that provides health and relaxation for families and friends to join with ease.
