The "Ibara Sports Festival 2026" will be held as a new event replacing the Ibara Citizens' Athletic Meet. At this festival, numerous booths will be set up where visitors can casually experience various sports. Participating in experience booths allows you to join a stamp-rally-style lottery, where the number of lottery entries increases according to the number of booths visited, encouraging you to try more activities. A major highlight is that anyone can participate freely without advance registration or participation fees. Why not enjoy the autumn season of sports with family and friends? In case of rain, it is scheduled to be held indoors, but the event will be canceled if a weather warning is in effect as of 7:00 AM. Cancellation notices are planned to be posted on the Ibara City website and sent via the email delivery service. Please note that those using the Ibara Marine Center booth must check separate precautions.
