The regular monthly "Ushimado Olive Garden Market" is held on the second Sunday of every month at Ushimado Olive Garden. Shops offering handmade miscellaneous goods, plants, food, and beverages by craft artists line the summit plaza of the olive garden. Visitors can enjoy shopping in a relaxed space. From September to November, it is also held on the fourth Sunday. The venue is the Summit Plaza inside Ushimado Olive Garden. Admission is free, though actual expenses may apply. By car, it is about 15 minutes from the Oku IC on the Okayama Blue Line; by public transportation, it is about 20 minutes by the Ushimado Chuo Line bus bound for Ushimado from JR Oku Station, getting off at "Olive-en Iriguchi" and walking for about 30 minutes.
