45th Hiruzen Highlands Marathon

Held in Maniwa City, Okayama Prefecture, the '45th Hiruzen Highlands Marathon' features an exhilarating course running through great nature surrounded by the Daisen mountain range and beech forests. It is a competition where participants can refresh mind and body while feeling the superb views and refreshing highland air. In the 10km division, high school students and older who are healthy and capable of finishing within the time limit can participate. In the 3km division, elementary school students and older who are confident in their health and can finish within the time limit can participate. Hiruzen Daikon radishes and Hiruzen milk are prepared as participation prizes, and volunteers to support the runners are also being recruited. The event will be held on Sunday, October 18, 2026, and entries will be accepted online via Moshicom. Please note that the venue and courses have changed from last year, and entry/exit from the parking lot will be restricted after the race starts.
