Held at Kamikokoro Sake Brewery in Asakuchi City, Okayama Prefecture, the 'Kamikokoro Sake Brewery Autumn Brewery Festival' is a sake brewery event that can be enjoyed by families. Limited-edition autumn brewery festival sake will be on sale, such as 'Junmai Ginjo Hiyaoroshi,' made from new sake of Asahi rice Junmai Daiginjo brewed this past winter and aged at low temperatures for half a year, and 'Omachi x Omachi,' an assemblage of Omachi Junmai Daiginjo and Omachi Junmai. In addition, there will be a dining corner lined with delicious food stalls and a sake BAR where brewery staff bartenders serve cocktails made with Kamikokoro sake. For children, events such as medaka (killifish) scooping and a Halloween event exclusive to elementary school students and younger are prepared, allowing visitors to enjoy autumn delicacies and sake in a lively atmosphere. Furthermore, a general election to decide the limited sake for the next winter brewery festival will also be held, where visitors can participate in voting by purchasing tasting tickets. Various vendors will also gather to add to the excitement.
