Classic car rally KITAHIRO

About this event

'Classic car rally KITAHIRO' is a classic car rally event held in Kitahiroshima Town, Hiroshima Prefecture. Domestic cars, foreign cars, and replica cars manufactured up to 1975 are eligible to participate. Starting from the Kitahiroshima Town Hall, the rally is held in a format where participants compete on time while navigating checkpoints (CP) within the town relying on tulip route books (koma-zu). Quizzes and other challenges are also given at checkpoints, making it an event where participants can enjoy the local charm rather than simply competing for speed. The event date is Sunday, October 18, 2026, with reception starting at 8:00 AM and scheduled to end at 4:00 PM. The event will proceed rain or shine, but may be cancelled in the event of severe weather or weather warnings. Entry is strictly required in pairs of two people, and the participation fee is 20,000 yen per car (including lunch for two people and various expenses). Participants must bring writing utensils, a binder, and a stopwatch. The application deadline is Monday, August 31, 2026, but applications will close as soon as capacity is reached. If applications exceed capacity, a lottery will be held. Participants are requested to understand the purpose of the event, observe traffic rules, and enjoy while remaining considerate of the local community.
