Micron Science Class: Learn on a Research Vessel! The Abundance of the Seto Inland Sea

This is a hands-on learning event to discover the abundance of the Seto Inland Sea by boarding Hiroshima University's training and research vessel Toyoshio Maru, surveying diverse creatures of all sizes and water quality off the coast of Iwakuni, and exploring the interior of the ship. Participants can board the vessel to experience real research activities while deepening their understanding of the marine environment. Take this opportunity to experience the world of a research ship normally closed to the public and discover the wonderful nature of the Seto Inland Sea.
