About this event
Held to spread the philosophy of the "Oppai City Declaration" within and beyond the city and to reflect on creating a community-wide environment that supports child-rearing, the "Oppai Festival" will take place on Sunday, November 1, 2026, at I-Park Hikari. Designed as an event for children under the theme "Look into each other's eyes, embrace, and talk together," it features various programs that parents and children can enjoy together. Past events have included baby crawling races, craft experiences, family concerts, and breastfeeding/childcare consultations by midwives, all wrapped in a warm atmosphere of community-wide child support. In 2026, the festival is once again expected to be a heartwarming event filled with children's smiles, supporting childcare across the entire region.
