19th Iya no Konahikibushi National Championship

Held in Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture, the "19th Iya no Konahikibushi National Championship" is an event where participants compete to become the best singer in Japan. Enthusiastic singing performances will take place across three categories: "Iya no Konahikibushi Division," "Higashi-Iya no Konahikibushi Division," and "Boys and Girls Division." On the day of the tournament, stage performances by the local Zentoku Iya no Konahikibushi Dance Preservation Society and Iya Ondo Dance Preservation Society are also scheduled, offering an opportunity to experience regional traditional performing arts. Admission is free. The local specialty "Iya Soba" will also be prepared at the venue. Participants will also receive discount benefits at local lodging facilities.
