About this event
The "Kaiyo Spiny Lobster Festival," where you can savor Japanese spiny lobster, a signature autumn delicacy of Kaiyo Town, will be held at Shishikui Fishing Port. At the event, spiny lobster miso soup will be distributed free of charge to the first 300 visitors, alongside spot sales of spiny lobsters, and stalls with food, sweets, and farm-fresh vegetables by the Commerce and Industry Association Youth Division. In addition, diverse entertainment is planned to liven up the venue, including Kainan Taiko drum performances, kids dance, Awa Odori experience, DMV raffle, hula dance, Yosakoi dance, and snack and mochi tossing. A BBQ corner will also be set up, making it an event you can enjoy all day while tasting spiny lobster.
