Tomoki Sakata Piano Recital Vol. 2

Held to commemorate his 15th debut anniversary, Tomoki Sakata Piano Recital Vol. 2 is the second recital at Aizumi Town General Cultural Hall by up-and-coming pianist Tomoki Sakata, who is also active in composing and arranging. The planned program includes Rachmaninoff's (arr. Tomoki Sakata) Vocalise Op. 34-14, Liszt's Liebestraume No. 3 in A-flat major S541/R211, Grandes Etudes de Paganini No. 3 in G-sharp minor 'La Campanella' S141/R3b, and Concert Paraphrase on Verdi's Rigoletto S434/R267. Tomoki Sakata has won and placed in numerous international competitions, with his performances highly acclaimed as 'like an angel playing' and 'an intellectual virtuoso with a diverse tonal palette.'
