The "Eve-of-Festival Concert" will be held within the grounds of Funakoshi Hachiman Shrine in Mitoyo City, Kagawa Prefecture. In the tasteful precinct of the shrine at autumn dusk, you can enjoy musical stages by a total of 4 acts, including talented amateur bands mainly active in the local Western Sanuki (Seisan) region. Furthermore, the local traditional performing art "Ohama Shishimai (Two-Headed Lion Dance)," featuring an impressive synchronized dance of two lions, will appear to add vibrance to the festival. On the day, food and beverage tents will be set up in the venue, and special limited goshuin (shrine stamps) will be offered from both the host Funakoshi Hachiman Shrine and the local Kimura Shrine. It is a special time to relax and fully savor the long autumn night, enjoying music, traditional arts, gourmet food, and the serene charm of the shrine all at once. Admission and viewing are free.
