📅 Sun, Nov 1, 2026 - Mon, Nov 30, 2026
About this event
Located in Ayagawa Town, Kagawa Prefecture, Kashiwahara Valley is a nature-rich ravine extending about 7 km along the upper reaches of the Aya River. In autumn, sawtooth oaks and maples turn vivid shades of red and yellow, beautifully adorning the entire valley. The rich flowing waters, natural rock formations, and green old-growth trees create stunning scenic beauty. This valley has been selected as one of the "Top 100 Forest Water Sources," and its clear stream is recognized as one of "Sanuki's Famous Waters." The cool, clear stream and the sparkling red and yellow autumn leaves create a natural work of art that soothes the hearts of visitors. The autumn foliage typically reaches its peak viewing period from early November to late November.
