Ehime Matsuyama Industry Festival: Sugoimono Haku 2026

"Ehime Matsuyama Industry Festival: Sugoimono Haku 2026" is one of the largest events in Ehime Prefecture, organized jointly by Ehime Prefecture and Matsuyama City. With participation from Matsuyama City and other municipalities and organizations throughout the prefecture, over 200 booths will sell and exhibit carefully selected gourmet foods and local specialties. "Amazing things" from Ehime and Matsuyama will gather in one place, allowing visitors to look, eat, experience, and fully enjoy the charms of Matsuyama. A diverse array of events is planned at the venue, including comedy shows in collaboration with various local media and music live performances to enliven the atmosphere. The "Chisan Chisho" (locally produced, widely known) initiative will be held at Shiroyama Park to broadly share local information, deepen understanding of and affection for Ehime Prefecture's various industries and traditional culture, create an "Ehime full of smiling faces," and showcase Matsuyama City's products, aiming to contribute to the development of vibrant industries.
