Held at Nanrakuen in Uwajima City, 'Nanrakuen Moon-Viewing Festival Imotaki' is an event where you can enjoy an autumn evening savoring 'imotaki', a flavorful local stew, while gazing up at the moon. In an illuminated, enchanting Japanese garden lit by bamboo lanterns, you can experience autumn in Uwajima. During the event, venue menu items such as yakitori and bottled beer are served in addition to the imotaki dishes. Imotaki and bento boxes require advance reservation by phone by the morning of the day. Additionally, a fun event called 'Otsukimi Dorobo' is held for children of elementary school age and younger.
