The Tosa City Cultural Promotion Project is an event designed to introduce visitors to culture and rediscover local charms across generations. Guests can enjoy and experience various cultural arts, including Yosakoi Naruko dance, flower arrangement (ikebana), Japanese wadaiko drumming, Tachi Odori sword dance, and tea ceremony (chanoyu). On Saturday, November 14, attendees can enjoy ryurei (table-style) tea service, wadaiko performances, and "Yosakoi Kado," a unique fusion of Yosakoi Naruko dancing and ikebana flower arranging. On Sunday, November 15, the program features ryurei tea service, Hasuike Tachi Odori, Yosakoi Naruko dance, and a performance blending modern ballet with kimono. These events are held at the Tosa City Complex Cultural Facility Tsunade with free admission. No advance registration is required, making it easy for anyone to drop in and experience the local culture.
