51st Daichi Festival

About this event

Held in Shimanto Town, Kochi Prefecture, the '51st Daichi Festival' is a local festival typically held in early November. Along the Honmachi and Kamihonmachi shopping streets, festival food stalls will open, selling gourmet foods such as beef skewers, curry bread, and baked goods, as well as handmade craft works. On Kubokawa Station Front Avenue and in the coworking space parking lot, Yosakoi dance performances will be presented by famous teams gathered from across the prefecture, allowing visitors to enjoy energetic performances. In addition, street stalls and orchid exhibitions will be held at the venue, offering content enjoyable for a wide range of generations from children to adults. Admission is free and no advance application is required.
