About this event
Known for romantic starry skies, the planetarium transforms into a dome of terrifying experiences in "Horror Planetarium: Melody of Looking Back." Unfolding from the protagonist's point of view, the story thrillingly revives the Greek myth associated with the constellation "Lyra" in the night sky into modern times. Taking full advantage of the realism unique to planetariums—such as pitch-black darkness that blocks vision, an inescapable space, fear-inducing sounds, and all-sky immersive visuals—you can savor the ultimate horror experience. Supervised by haunted house producer Hirofumi Gomi, you can enjoy a new sensation that makes you feel as though you are wandering through ruins. Guided by eerie sounds coming from nowhere and the melody of a piano, where are you headed? Never look back—that is the final warning. At venues equipped with the 3D acoustic system "SOUND DOME®" or Japan's first LED dome system "DYNAVISION®-LED," you can experience overwhelming immersive horror with even more chilling sound and visuals. Limited to this production, you can also enjoy the "Ruins Dome," where photography is allowed until the main screening begins.
