About this event
Held in Otofuke Town, "Otofuke Ramen Village" is an event offering special noodles kneaded with Otofuke-grown wheat—which boasts the highest production volume in Japan—and nationally popular Otofuke-grown broccoli (broccoli noodles). Local ramen shops will showcase ramen dishes using these special noodles prepared with their own distinct flavorings. Visitors can enjoy a unique bowl available only here, making full use of Otofuke's abundant ingredients.
