Held in Kurate Town, Fukuoka Prefecture, the "2026 Kurate Genki Festival" is an event aimed at community interaction and regional revitalization. For this year's event, applications for vendor stalls are open to businesses both within and outside the town. The booth fee is 5,000 yen per stall (half price for in-town businesses), with a booth area measuring 5.4m wide by 3.6m deep. Vendors must bring their own tents and equipment necessary for their stalls. In terms of power, tent vendors may use up to 1,000W per booth, but no electricity will be provided for kitchen car (food truck) vendors. The application period runs from Monday, July 13, 2026 to Friday, August 21, 2026; in the event of high demand, preference will be given to in-town applicants and a lottery will be conducted.
