About this event
The Toho Village Autumn Festival is a harvest festival giving thanks for the autumn harvest. Held annually on the first Sunday of November, it is packed with attractions such as discount sales of Kuroge Wagyu beef from Chikuzen Asakura, direct sales of agricultural products, and local performing arts stage events. At the venue, booths selling specialty products and food stalls where visitors can enjoy delicious village flavors will be set up. In particular, Toho Village's B-grade gourmet dish "Herb Grilled Chicken" is a popular item. Stage events feature local performing arts and a "lottery rice-cake toss (mochimaki)." In addition, a project is planned to order and sell specialty products from member villages of The Most Beautiful Villages in Japan from all over the country, offering hard-to-find specialties such as seafood from Hokkaido and fruit from Aomori and Nagano at special prices. During the previous festival, Kyushu Pro-Wrestling and a children's pro-wrestling workshop were also held concurrently.
