An event where you can experience the allure of the traditional "Kurume Kasuri" textile is held across the entire town of Hirokawa. Visitors can enjoy exploring the town like a mini-trip while participating in a stamp rally touring local specialty shops and eateries. At the venue, a glamorous "Kasuri Fashion Show" featuring the younger generation will also take place, presenting a fresh appeal of traditional culture. Furthermore, a wide array of programs is featured, including the "Kasurinpic" where participants compete in rolling bolts of cloth, the "Path of Kasuri" exhibition explaining manufacturing processes, a market gathering artisans, performances by kindergarteners, hand-weaving workshops, and an award ceremony for the design contest. A lottery with chances to win local specialty goods will also be held during the event period.
