Matsuri Tosu 2026, held in Tosu City, Saga Prefecture, will take place at venues including Hondori-suji Shopping Street, Frespo Tosu, and Chuo Park. The event details are scheduled to be updated as soon as they are finalized, but applications for stage performances and open-air food stalls open on Monday, August 3. On the day, the central downtown area will become a pedestrian precinct, with traffic restrictions in place from 12:00 to 20:30.
