About this event
Held in Memuro Town, Hokkaido, "Memuro Summer Fest 2026" will take place on Sunday, August 30, 2026, at Memuro Park. On the day of the event, Tokachi Pro Wrestling, CHIBI UNITY (a dance team boasting four consecutive world championship victories), and hula dance performances will liven up the stage. Two fluffy dome inflatables will be set up at the venue along with play equipment for children to enjoy. There will also be a festival games corner featuring katanuki (die-cut candy carving), ring toss, smart ball, and strack-out, as well as a water-spraying experience by the Memuro Volunteer Fire Corps. Many food and festival stalls will be present, offering yakitori, grilled squid, cotton candy, soft-serve ice cream, and more. Free rides on the local community bus "Jaga Bus" running within the town will be available on the day, so arriving by public transit is recommended. Admission is free.
