Arita Summer Festival Cool Breeze Fireworks Display

The traditional "Arita Summer Festival Cool Breeze Fireworks Display," with over 20 years of history in Arita Town, Saga Prefecture, will be held again in 2026. While usually held in the summer, this year it has been moved to autumn, making it a fireworks display to enjoy as the season transitions. Starting at 15:00, various food stalls will set up at the venue, "Arita Town Historical and Cultural Forest Park," along with stage events and Bon Odori dancing to enliven the festival. A grand raffle is also scheduled to take place. At night, approximately 1,000 fireworks will bloom into large floral bursts, gorgeously lighting up the Arita night sky. With few obstructions, the venue allows viewers to feel close to the sky, and the booming sound of the launches is truly extraordinary. Viewing from near the park fountain is especially recommended. The use of public transportation is recommended on the day of the event.
